Not sure if I'm happy or not. I've never really dieted before so am not sure if 4 lbs is decent loss for one week or not. I was traveling a lot for this past week and didn't get to work out much. I only walked twice, so am going to try for another week and follow the low carb lifestyle to see what weight loss is next week.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

4 lbs is a lot for one week, may be mostly water so don't expect to continue losing at such a fast pace.

Even if you just lose 1 lb a week you stil LOSING!!! Keep up the good work.
