Starting today with a lower calorie breakfast, trying to cut my serveing sizes down abit.
4 oz Greek yogurt, 50 gr mixed berries, 19 gr of whey powder. It was very good.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a great breakfast. The only things that I do differently is add nuts, 1 tsp chai, 1 T cream and 1 T ground flax. Good but will add more calories along with protein, fat and carbs. Keep it up you're doing fantastic!
