SUNDAY WT IN

wow water makes such a difference!!! I always wt. my self when Ifirst wake up so I did. then I drink water. however this morning: I wieghed myself, and it said 149, which is good, is fine - then drank my water (which I tend to slam alot when I drink, we're not talking a sip of water here) and got back on the scale and it read 149.8!!!! couldn't believe it, almost a lb. wow. --which I know I"ll just pee out, but still, this is why we have to be consistent in wieghting ourselfs!!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Yay! You've made it to the 140s! I can't wait till the scale finally dips down under the 150s.. I bet it would have today if I hadn't eaten like crap yesterday! I was doing so great... but then after only about 2 1/2 hours of sleep I was barely making it through the day and then when making lunch for everyone I ate a big bowl of pasta. I did get a quick nap in though, and tried to get my 3rd run in, but my shoulder and hip are so bruised up from the fall the day before, it was definitely more of a power walk! :( GREAT JOB!
