I see the number dropping, but I don't really see the results on my body....And I should, since I've lost 16 pounds...maybe my scale is wrong.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week

16 pounds and you dont see it results -- ??? not even in sizes of clothes ??

my case is the other way round... i can c results but weight is dropping really slow. like 2 kgs a month

at always depends on the body of the individual - no one is the same so keep it up :)

If you don't trust the scale, find another to just double check, but I can't imagine it is broke where every time you step on it you lose weight if you haven't :) I suspect your scale is fine. Don't get discouraged. I think sometimes we are so hard on ourselves that we don't see the progress. Keep up the great work Ashley!!

my scale was wrong for a while... like 20-30 lbs.. weight yourself some where else.. like the gym or the dr's office just to be sure.

take measurements and pictures. I could really tell in my face at the beginning. Not that that's where I really wanted to lose, lol. But it helped to know that it WAS happening!

Maybe I am losing in my thighs, cause I have noticed that it is easier for me to cross my legs...my stomach looks the same though, and that is my main concern. I'm trying not to get discouraged...I am happy to see the number drop, I'm going to weigh myself on another scale and see. I'll keep you guys updated!

Ashley, get out the tape measure, and measure your bust, waist, hips and thighs, bet you will find where you have changed. Our body's like to play games, since we have played games with it and shift things. Try to have a great day and super on your weight lost. Hope I can start soon to loose also.
