down 5 lbs this week and i feel good about that. it is so much easier to control myself and make thoughtful choices when i m writing everything down. i think it is better practice for me to do this without a "diet" plan because i feel more in control of what i can and cannot have; or what i WILL and WILL NOT have. This is my journey and i m happy about that.
242.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 47.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
