It was day 4 of the BLE plan and I was confronted with a social situation last night. I did better than I expected, only caving to have a piece of French Bread. My weight was down another lb this morning. The least I've weighed since September of 2015!
232.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
