I seem to oscilate over and under right at the 150, depending on nothing really, just the day to day factors!!! SO I am hoping by being 'good' this week, goes under 150 and stays there. like a 148 'base' and then it goes up and down from there, to 149 and 147.... know what I mean???!!!

did a long run today, and will again on Thursday... I think Sunday, or our biggest loser wt. in will be good timing to see if my extra work outs this week are driving the scale down!!!! if it reads a 148 then YES!!!!!

150.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

If you are working out alot you need to make sure that you are eating enough (especially lean protein) or your weight loss will be very slow. I would add a few ounces a protein each day and see what happens.
