very frustrated that after 3 weeks of working out and watching what I eat...I have lost NOTHING!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am in a very similar situation as you (even have the same start weight). Just remember that all this sudden working out and eating right is confusing to your body. And it sounds like you are working out pretty hard so you are building muscle. Just give it a few weeks and you'll start to see results. Try not to focus on the scale too much. Only weigh in ONCE a week at the very same time and in the same amount of clothes. I am not seeing a lot of weight loss but I do feel much better and my clothes are a bit loser. :) WE CAN DO IT!
