ok so i am not sure what was going on with the scale but i am closer to my dreaded 139 weight. yesterday i check three times each with the same weight. so thank god my bday will not be totally ruined i would ve liked to been in the 130s but at least im in building/vicinty lol
140.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
