Hooray for water weight loss! Down about 10 pounds of water in the past 4 days, and seeing nothing but benefit for the time being - sleeping better & less, knees not hurting, etc. Have had a couple of small headaches, but that's much better than the migraines I usually experience at this time of year (Weather pressure shifts in Calgary from January to May tend to exacerbate my tendency to migraine). So far, so good!
