Wow, down 5 pounds in 2 days. Amazing what happens when you stop eating junk and start eating healthy, good food and begin exercising again. That is the last of the "Christmas Holiday" weight that I put on. Whew. Now I'm back to where I started just before Christmas!

I went swimming again today. Did laps for a whole hour and raced several times with my daughter. Feels so good to exercise my whole body like that. Can't wait to hit 50 pounds down! Maybe tomorrow??? I sure hope so.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
