I have started again today!! This will be my fourth start in a year x As always I start with great commitment and intentions and I always backslide.

I've got to ask myself what is so different this time? The answer doesn't come to mind, it doesn't present itself with a ping, all I can do is try my best and work hard at it x x
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
