Exited red zone with minor damage yesterday.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ah, Denim - gratitude! We both have too many flaws to be perfect, but far too many blessings to be ungrateful. It's another day to inventory the good stuff, accept the unchangeable not-so-good stuff, and get on with the business of changing what we can. And weight is one of those things we can change - just one day at a time.
