After being on Stage Three for about a year I decided to go back to Stage One on South Beach to get myself reorganized. I certaily missed my fruits for the day, and especially the new bottle of wine I opened on SundaY evening...
168.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
