though I lost two pounds, it goes so up and down, depending on water and small things, so I don't take anything plus or minus a lb around the 150 to seriuosly, for me this is!!!! once I start seeing 148 and under, that means I am doing something differnt, and more, and following a plan fully not 1/2 a@#!!!

a serious week coming up!!!! committed to doing 3 four mile runs this week "with" ChelliBelli!!! thanks for the team help!!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
