Feeling much better, just had a excellent workout and ready to see the scale start moving again. It doesn't move if I don't work out for some reason. So, I'm back and ready to move it.:D I did my 20 workout pilates tape, first time in a year felt good, but I'm sure I'll feel it in the morning. Plus did 22 mins.on the treadmill. I've had a two week break you might say on dropping weight, but maintained, now I'm ready to drop it more. Eating 24points only, no extras.
