I do not know how to go on a diet yikes. I think I eat okay but in other words carb city. I do think I found some light at the end of the tunnel and that I found a raspberry vinaigrette to die for which has help me disgest the though of salad. Do not get me wrong I use to absolutely love salad but for a while I would gag just thinking about one. I think I will just buy a salad from the cafetaria downstairs I had a fulfilling one today and it was just over 2 bucks. I know it is not the cost friendliest approach but every time I buy my own most, if not all goes to waste. Plus at the salad bar I get everything yum-o.
