This morning I weighed in at 228.8 pounds. I woke at 4 AM with neck and back pain. Total sleep hours of 5.0 hours. 30 situps 30 Low wall push-ups. 10 squats. Range of motion stretching.

Bought three head of cauliflower last night at two dollars each. Cut one up and roasted with olive oil and salt. It was Fantabulous!

OK, all you need to do is right-click on the photo you want to share when you're within the Google photos web interface. You copy all the Google photo linking nonsense into an image embed link, and add "?. JPEG". Works!
