No loss for week 7. My measurements following week 6 showed 10.75" loss. This past weekend I had 2 slices of pizza and 6 mushroom ravioli, which for me, was carb overload. Will try to do better this week.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
