Motivated's Journal, 31 October 2007

Week 3 of 3rd 6 wks, success, 138lb, 35.6% body fat, 84.4% musc mass, tr ketones, no exersize.

breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half, lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, diet pepsi, dinner chicken, swiss cheese, sweet pickles, diet coke.

Learned I won't lose my job but 1-2 our of the 5 of us in our department will. It's difficult to be there and I can't wait until this is all over.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Oh, I'm glad you won't lose your job ... I feel bad for those that will though. It's not easy for anyone to be out of work. I overslept this morning so no exercise for me so far... I'll do it later though. You are steady on your diet and that's good! Keep it up ... maybe I'll get there, lol
