Bought and started using a new eteckcity scale.
Since last weigh in on Sept 11th: +4650 Calculated weight gain: 1.33 lbs Actual weight gain: 1.2 lbs Calculated metabolism based off of calories eaten and actual weight change: (34834 - 1.2*3500)/11 = 2785
Definitely seeing an increase in fat. Less abdominal definition and increased softness. Muscles do seem to be slightly bigger but I have not been taking actual measurements.
I plan to continue my average of around 3200 - 3300 calories a day for another 1-2 months and monitor changes in weight and body fat (visually).
