Started on the Biggest Loser Sunday with a weigh in of 135! I am focused and really ready to loss this weight! Looking forward to the contest and the challenge! I have been going to the gym for the past couple of weights and already feel the results... Already some inches coming off so I am not as concerned yet about the weight because I do feel my body shifting in the right direction!

I have been sticking to the plan well and have added additional protein on my workout days!

134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! It is a challenge to squeeze in time to take care of yourself when you have a growing family to take care of also, but it is so worth it and a good example to your children of how to take care of their bodies. I've spent most of my adult life overwieght and regret not being able to be as active as I would have liked when my kids were growing up. You are setting a wonderful example!
