SIL called last night to ask for help dealing with marital issues. I was calm, but the situation disturbs me. I was up past midnight and slept only six hours. So, cortisol.

Anyway, back to work tomorrow.

Football season starts Sunday.
227.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 92.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
