You know the low carb thing is getting to you when you start having dreams about mashed potatoes! As long as it's only dreaming and not really eating them I'm ok... Have a great weekend everyone!
213.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

Hope you have tried faux cauliflower/tatoes. I cook a bag of frozen in microwave, then grind/chop in processor - add butter, cheese, sour cream whatever, bacon bits and YUM such a great dish.
