I read in a post in Atkins that you should use heavy cream for your coffee that has a lot of fat in it and a lot of calories so she went on to say if you like flavored coffee and I do to use the Atkins shakes they have diff. flavors I got the cafe caramel shake when I put it in my food this is what it said for the 1 oz I had in my coffee fat- .18 fiber- .1 sugar-.09 net carbs- .77 protein- 1.25 calories- 14
it's better then the heavy cream and it taste good.
