All I can say is WHOA! I hope I don't experience "evening out" next week. Maybe last week's vacation binge was the fluke!
I'm really proud of these results, and will keep on doing all that I did this week because obviously it worked! *happy dance*

217.6 lb Lost so far: 82.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
