Just started the HCG diet on December 25/11 and was it ever hard to cosume a lot of food...starting weight of 190.8lbs. Well Day 2 of HCG diet and twice as hard to consume tons of food considering I have no need to eat and specially with all this chocolate laying around, what's wrong with me...woke up and weighed 190.2lbs on Dec.26/11. Right before midnight scarfed down a quater pounder meal from McDonalds...which was extremely hard cuz didn't feel like eating at all but had to load up on fat for the next 40 days...here I go!!! Well woke up today Dec.27/11 and weighed in @ 191.2lbs and extremely thirsty!!!
191.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck on your HCG journey! My husband and I successfully completed one round, and the first week on 500cal was hard for us. Don't give up, no matter how hard it may be, the reward is much bigger than the grumbling of your stomach, believe me!
