The holidays have been a rough time to start eating right. On my time off I've gone shopping, gotten things ready for healthy eating, have a trial gym membership ready to go and now just need to implement. I'm excited to start feeling good again but terrified to see those numbers on the scale so this 140 is just a guess ... maybe even a hope, that it's not more than that! Hoping I can knock it down by 10 lbs by my birthday February 14th.
