Well, I am officially back. I need some more structure in my life. I want to lose about 90 pounds. I lost weight and gained back, not really following my lifestyle change. I want to accomplish my goals once and for all. Hopefully, I stick with this. I know it's a day by day challenge, a challenge that I am going to deal with my entire life. I want my dreams to come true, though. I need all the positivity in the world. I also feel that I can relieve plenty of stress I have been experiencing over quite some time if I start exercising regularly and eating healthy again. I know that I deserve to be good to myself. I know I can do it.

Here I go again, have lost weight many times in the past only to regain it. I have about 70lbs to lose, my first mini goal is 12lbs by Feb 2, 2012. Fatsecrets is new to me any suggestions? Thinking I will just count calories? Anyone want a diet buddy?

Hey.....:) I always feel like I'm saying that. Losing weight, gaining weight, losing it again, gaining it again. That's a fantastic goal! Did you make it? I think this website is great for boosting morale :) I have to start really losing weight very soon. I found that I "may" have pre-hypertension. I don't want it to get any worse. I would love to be your diet buddy :)
