I am a 41 year old mom of two boys. Up until the age of about 14 I was quite thin, but have struggled with weight since then. I have lost weight a few times 59 lbs at Miami north in my twenties, seventy pounds at bernstein in my thirties, and who know how many times I went to weight watchers, lost ten or twenty then quit. I feel I am a active person, I enjoy gardening, walking the dog, painting etc. I know my issue is the food I eat and the amounts. I am a night time binger, when I finally sit down at the end of the night it's my reward. My goal is to take care of me, do my nails at night, a hot bath talk to my fatsecret buddies, whatever it takes to stop the eating in front of the tv at night.

My goal is to lose another 73 lbs, so far I have lost 10. I have 3 more to my first mini goal, then have rewards planned for every 10 I lose after that.

Over Weighing yourself
I was trying to do Atkins, but I am going to eat 3 small, healthy meals and 2 snacks(fruit or veggies only). No eating after supper,lots of water, and walk at least 3x per week for at least 1/2 hour. I just quit smoking 2 weeks ago and just want to try and eat healthy without obsessing about dieting. I just calculated the 40lbs by the end of September right now that gives us 14 weeks, that's almost 3 pounds to lose every week to reach goal. Might be hard if I'm not really strict?

Over Weighing yourself
Dr Bernsteins is a medically supervised program, where you get vitamin B injections three times a week, it's a very expensive diet clinic, low carb lost weight very quickly, but gained it back even quickerSad

Yep, every morning, sometimes I put it away and tell myself to stop weighing everyday, only to pull it out of the closet the next morning. I did Bernsteins and was also weighed at least 3x a week. I am really going to try to only weigh myself once a week during this challenge.

Homemade Ice cream
I use frozen fruit (love Raspberries), ff milk and splenda with my bullet blender, not ice cream but a nice frozen desert. I also freeze sugar free jello in popsicle molds for a fat free, calorie free popsicle.
