I'm really confused...lol. I have been stuck at 154.8 for about 2 weeks. The last 2 days I have been not eating very well but still running/ exercising. Then I finally start losing again. I don't know. I guess maybe I need to up my calorie intake.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 August 2016:
1303 kcal Fat: 62.31g | Prot: 53.65g | Carb: 124.34g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Great Value Half & Half, WinCo Foods Winco muffin. Dinner: Ocean Spray Craisins 100 Calorie Pack, Nectarines, Chobani Flip Salted Caramel Crunch, T. Ignore the scales. Weigh in about once a month. Those short fluctuations just distract you. Stay the course.

Yea that does work sometimes. I know a lot of people who went out to eat for one meal and started losing again. It's like the caloric spike got the metabolism going again.
