Well, I am kinda disgusted with myself. I can do better than this.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1687 kcal Fat: 47.86g | Prot: 75.73g | Carb: 241.59g.   Breakfast: Metamucil, fat free original coffee mate, coffee, Hershey's cocoa, Omega 3 ps D3 softgels, Truvia. Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast. Dinner: chicken thigh, Herr's baked cheese curls, papa john's cheese pizza. Snacks/Other: tootsie roll midgees, 3 musketeers fun size, Sunsweet Prune Juice. more...

Yes, I believe I can. The last three days I have been very good and I feel much better about myself. I joined a challenge that starts Feb 1 and I intend to complete it! Thanks Information!
