Got to my goal weight at last. Hope it lasts, if so after a few days I'll set a new goal weight. Thanks for all the support.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Weight fluctuates, sometimes for no apparent reason. I was steadily losing on my first week of Atkins Induction and so proud. Then two days later had to go to a new doctor and when I weighed myself that morning, I was up two pounds! Hadn't changed a thing! So unfair. But as long as we keep trying, we're winning. You're doing great. One day I'll get to goal weight too.
