ok finished my round of 3 day diet and now am on day 1 of 4 of 'normal' eating. I have to remain low carb/low cal. Weight is down and I feel great. Just a little tired and weary (I think it is work related) but feel good and ready to face the day, come what may :-)

OK, Breakfast good, working on good lunch now! YUM! I never tried cooking chicken thighs in the microwave but they turned out yummy. A friend was going to take me out to lunch but something came up and he couldn't make it, I almost went out myself but decided, NO I have food at work and need to save some$$$ So lunch in :-)

This evening I have a OA meeting, haven't been to in awhile but I'm going to this one. I switched lunch and dinner (updated my chart) so I can have the shake on the way there to save some time and concern about what to eat (again sometimes I would opt to eat fast food on the way there) TODAY I'm being GOOD! One day at a time and sometimes, one meal/snack at a time and SOMETIMES ONE MOMENT AT A TIME! Work was getting to me again, but hey walking away at lunchtime helps me realize it is somedays ONE MOMENTS AT A TIME, AND my work does NOT dictate who I AM and what other say about me is NONE OF MY BUSINESS I AM A GOOD PERSON!
159.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

good am to you i wrote you a note and this darn puter just let it go away... I can see a new one soon for sure that is driving me nutzzz... you are doing great.. got a good handle on things..... PLEASE // no more honey,,, fruits... and i would not eat the yogurt to many carbs for me to spend in on thing.... i try to stay to about if I was to do a normal eat day....it would start me back at day one..... been there done that far to many times.................so not worth it for me.... I JUST KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON and it come off ...I do not stress if it goes up some.... it will drop back down soon as I have a good bathroom run... try to stay on foods you fix yourself... remember..anything someone else fixes... is really not good for you..... I try to stay to about 25 a day... so look up the carbs and fill up on things that have very little have a great weekend.. prep for the next week..... go to a thrift store and get a dr atkins book.. any of them will help you understand what the body is doing with what you give it.... blessings.... to you

thanks for your comments and suggestions SJWNana. Yes I post things here and sometimes they disappear before I can save the post! On the 3 day diet, I'm trying to keep close to what they list, it seems to work for me and help keep my obsessive compulsive eating (portion control) in check for a start of the week and carry over to the other 4 days. There are fruit on those days and some carbs, seem to be ok plus it adds everyday food so I don't feel deprived. I do like complete low or no carb BUT again I think for now I need the structure and difference that the 3 day offers at least for 3 days. Yes I should stay no carb, no fruit or honey for the other 4 days, but again I'm easing into it. I did eat the last of the corn chips the kids left. I should have thrown them away but didn't but I'm OK, I didn't gain but also didn't loose. I do local honey for my health and energy, it is something I use to do when I was on the swim team in High School and I know it helps me, so on days off I'll probably keep it to 1 T and see how it goes. It is ok if I loose slow as when I was a teenager I could loose fast but I also gained fast!

GOOD LUCK AND GOOD PLANNING... DRINK WATER LOT'S OF WATER... AND KNOW ...REG FOODS ARE A BIG TRIGGER TO OTHER STUFF.. HAVE A GOOD ONE
