Not a great weigh-in, but better than last week's (137.3- didn't even want to record it).

The last two weeks have been rough. My uncle passed away after spending the year fighting cancer, as well as making the excruciating decision to put both of my dear horses to sleep before the winter weather gets severe. The "icing on the cake," as it were, is that when I went out to run off some of my stress the weekend before last, I found myself with an injured knee. So I have been trying to rest my knee... and dealing with crazy emotional stress.... and there has been leftover birthday cake. So, yeah. Not a great combination.

My goal over the next week is to just maintain. In January, my Body Back ladies are doing an intense 4 week challenge, and I am going to lead by example- I will be following the meal plan and exercise plan. This will be a great way to start the new year on the right foot, and shake these couple of holiday pounds.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
