Ok, as expected, my weight is back down!
I am still annoyed that I'm stuck on that weight for 3 days, but I am sure I'll see a good progress after my 'monthly visitor'. It is late by 4 days now, but I can feel it coming.
233.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a friend who was stuck at the same weight for 4 months. Three days is very normal. In fact you may stay the same weight for a week or two then lose. It all depends on our bodies. The most important thing is to no let it deter you, and keep on going.

Yeah, I know... I was just expecting more because I've just started dieting and since I have a lot of weight to lose, I should be seeing more progress. I am not going to give up though!
