Not too bad, all things considered!! Down a pound from last week. After a ba-a-ad weekend but a good first day of re-doing Phase 1, I can't complain.
Didn't get to try the no-pasta lasagna last night, but we're making it tonight. Ran out of time last night and it got really late so we just had a grilled steak and salad.
I wanted to go to the gym tonight but my back's giving me trouble since I pulled it when I was coughing yesterday.
