Did well with phase 1 yesterday. Exercise has been limited to short dog walks because my back's still giving me a lot of trouble. Very frustrating.

Weather here is yucky...and warm! I hate it, when we first moved to the east coast there were actual seasons. Now this is almost like summer part 2. Blah.

Ah well! It's just GOT to cool down sometime!!!

Im in Mesa Az and Im am in agreeance with you...seems theres summer part one, then part two! And you would think the east coast wold be different huh? I think youre doing good and just keep it up!

Atleast you are getting some movement in. That is wonderful. I live in NC and you think YOU have it bad?? I am in tank top and light weight suit pants as we speak (type). Atleast we have some rain today...halleliugha (sp)
