I am very annoyed now. I ate what I was supposed to yesterday, I went to the gym and exercised hard and I still put on weight...
I'm really hoping that this is nothing but lactic acid and muscle gain since my muscles are all sore.
Also, my period is about 3 days late. W T F is wrong with me?!?

I hope tomorrow this will have all gone away ;_;
235.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 102.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jess, since I'm your buddy. I'm gonna give you advice. You said you gained weight yesterday. I see you had a diet coke plus. I would cut those out and just stick to tea/water right now. the artificial sweeteners tend to make us feel hunger pains. You didn't have much fat. I would recommend some good fats in your diet ie. nuts, omega 3 peanut butter on celery or the laughing cow cheese wedges with celery. I'm on the South beach diet right now. no sugar, no bread or pastas or rice, no fruit. gonna do it about 3 weeks. lost 8 lbs in first week.
