After losing a quick 7 lbs in 10 days, I think I've hit the 185 slowdown. That's ok, I don't think in starting this that I had a false illusion of losing weight at such a rapid pace....although, the ride was nice. Now its time to buckle down and keep moving foward with a 1 lb/week loss.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
