KThompson12's Journal, 12 July 2016

Down 4.4 pounds in 1 week? Certainly mostly water, but I'm pleased my "400 calorie/40 carbs every 3 hour diet" is working! It's very easy to follow, I get to eat a lot of food so long as I choose wisely, but I do find that my whole day revolves around the next time I eat. Sometimes I'm not hungry for my 3rd meal, but I eat anyway so I'm not starving at my 4th meal. I've already contemplated cutting calories after I plateau, to 350 or 300 per meal, but I don't have to do that yet. Also I expect one day I'll want to drink a Margarita again, and I can do that as long as it's less than 400 calories. I'll still have cheat days too, like this coming weekend's casino party with my girl friends. I expect I'll drink quite a bit, which will ead to eating bad food (pizza? cake?) But I'll jump right back on the diet Sunday morning, ready to lose more :)
