I dropped a 1 full pound over night while I was asleep. I am actually showing 202 pounds but I think there maybe a waterr loss.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Your body will fluctuate 1-4 lbs a day generally. It's best to weigh in around the same time each time to get more consistent weights and more accurately track losses or gains. Most folks recommend first thing in the morning as it is usually the lowest.
