Not a bad week, though it is getting harder--predictably--to go for my walks. Not only is the cold a factor, but the extra chores associated with the holidays are also setting in, so that time is getting to be a problem as well. Fortunately, shopping counts. ;-)
141.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
