Today we are taking our church youth group hiking in a state park we go to every year. Then to a historic plantation for a house tour. Its a history hiking day....wonder how many kids will show up????
This not eating after 8pm and getting water in - i think it is definitely helping - that and vast amount of sugarless gum. Tummy still not 100 percent. Leery to eat breakfast until we get close to park.
