Two more kilo's to go. The last ones are the hardest. I have until July 28, that is five more weeks. A pound a week is realistic if I do not waver on weekends. A full round of walking a mountainous course on Sunday will provide an extra burn of 700 calories. That usually helps.
It is just a matter of sticking with the plan, but the plan sometimes slips like I read on the posts, for most of us, mostly due to stress or boredom.
