Last night I got hungry and got stupid. Today, started smarter-I like having protein in my meals. Brkft pts - 6

Snacks - 0 so far. Drinking my Dandy blend (1tsp) black. Not my favorite, however, it will help me drop the pounds.

Mad at myself today - not feeling sitting on my butt most of the day at my desk either. Days like today I would like to have a more active job.

Lunch - soup (3) + tuna (2) + Carrot (0) + Breakfast on the Go - Berry Nut Blend (4) = 14 pts remainging

Supper - Inspirations yogurt (3) and Tangerine (1) =
10 pts remaining...
