Still feel lousy, but am gonna try a small workout tomorrow! Hope everyone has a good day! :-) Well, I think I'll wait til wed. to start again. Don't want to push and make myself sicker. :( I'll be ok in no time and back to extreme zumba! :-)
190.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
