The 4.5kgs I have put on is due to too much good eating and drinking in Dubai! 2 weeks hard graft and it will soon be gone though!

I went thru 2 weeks in Mexico during the holidays. I love beer and Mexican food so I know what you are going thru. It's been a couple weeks now and it is slowly coming off. You can do it!
