Wow. Down another pound! Now 9 pounds below goal. Walking each morning for an hour seems to set my energy level higher for the rest of the day. Only obstacle I see coming is Father's Day this weekend, big cookout with the in-laws, plus I have to make J the Reese's Cup chocolate cake he wants. I'm not worried. Have learned to handle this because it seems like EVERY month, there is either some holiday, birthday or wedding/baby shower. Eating at all those kind of things is some of what helped me top out at 267 pounds. Not going back there!
