Been a while since my last weigh in. Between the ups and the downs over the past three weeks I must say I am pleasantly surprised that my weight remained unchanged. There were definitely a few cheat days since my last weigh in, so it's good to know that the "good" days were well worth the effort.
Well, I knew that breaking the 190 lb plateau was not going to be easy. Just so happy to see my weight remain on the lower half of this weight decade.
193.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
